The decision to make Shittens in the US was not without cost. Production ceased for nearly a year while the team found a factory that could produce the high quality product. “We invested a tremendous amount of time and money to bring Shittens right here to the US of A,” Rachel Wilson, CMO, says. “We're honored to protect your hands and butts with a product proudly made in America." Shittens execs hope the move to America will mean a lot to everyone. “It’s a divisive time in this country. But if there's one great universal truth that we can all agree on, it's this: No one wants poop on their hands,” said Mike Powers, CEO, Brownstar Enterprises. It was important to the team to bring their business and humor back to the states. Says CEO Richie Wilson, "In all seriousness, bringing jobs to America was priority #1. The poop jokes? Well, that's sort of #2."
