Thanks for contacting us. We've received your submission.

Our headline says it all.

If you’ve been dancing to Lizzo’s “About Damn Time” on TikTok (join the club), then we need to put her newest collaboration on your radar — and yes, it involves food shopping.

Yes, you can shop Lizzo’s grocery list on Instacart. It’s the verified, official list of grocery items hand-picked by Lizzo herself that we didn’t know we needed (but actually do).

The 34-year-old triple threat — singer, rapper and flutist — is the first collaborator for Instacart’s “The World Is Your Cart” in-app shopping experience called “Carts.” These celebrity and creator-curated grocery lists are browsable, shoppable product collections for anyone to take a peek at.

“‘The World is Your Cart’ is a rallying cry that reminds us of the abundant possibilities of each product we add to our Carts and satiates our curiosity by enabling others’ Carts to spark our own creativity,” Laura Jones, Chief Marketing Officer at Instacart, said in the official press release. “In addition to capturing these possibilities across our new creative platform, we’re making them a reality by offering consumers the chance to discover new things across the Instacart app – so you can browse, be inspired, and turn that inspiration into reality by getting your items delivered to your door in as fast as an hour.”

What’s more, celebs are loving this fresh, new opportunity to make grocery shopping more creator-led, which is something the supermarket space hasn’t seen quite yet.

“A shoot where I get to sit in a bubble bath and shop all day? Sign me up, Instacart! This spot is so dynamic, and people will see me shopping and imagining what each item could lead to, from a desertscape of Takis – which are always in my cart – to a rain shower of cherries. I’m also excited to share my shoppable Cart which includes so many of my favorite things. I hope that my Cart inspires people to get all the stuff they love or maybe even try something different!”

Truthfully, we’re into anything Lizzo does, including her swoon-worthy mini bags (and when we say mini, we mean mini). In other words, it’s about damn time you take a look at her produce, favorite snacks and more — because we want to say we have something in common with the pop icon.

OK, Lizzo is all about the Coca-Cola. There’s a reason it’s one of America’s buzziest, bubbly soda (and if you enjoy the taste, you have something in common with Lizzo).

If we’re being honest, Clorox wipes should be in everyone’s arsenal this day and age. Lizzo loves the citrus lemon scent of these disinfecting wipes, which also kill 99.9% of bacteria. For more, check out our guide to the best house cleaning products.

Ah, if it isn’t Lizzo for taking us back to our elementary school days. Before she performs “Truth Hurts,” the celeb loves munching on one of these Smucker’s Grape Uncrustables. They’re pocket-sized, fit in your bag and contain 6 grams of protein.

If you’re not buying Oreos in its Double Stuf form, you’re doing it wrong. Lizzo adds the family-sized offering to her Instacart whenever she wants a sweet treat. For less than $10, the pack will last you quite a while (unless you’re subject to a midnight cookie binge).

Stay hydrated like Lizzo with the Essentia Purified Water. This six-pack contains purified water infused with electrolytes for taste (and energy!) Plus, the bottles are recyclable and BPA-free.

To be honest, we don’t know what Lizzo uses limes for (Margaritas? Guacamole?) But regardless, they’re a produce item that should be on everyone’s grocery list. Pro tip: slice some up for refreshing water in the morning.

When in doubt, add bananas to your shopping cart. For $0.17 each, Instacart makes it easy to have a quick morning breakfast or a potassium-filled midday pick-me-up. They’re not only healthy, but Lizzo-approved.

If you haven’t caught on by now, Lizzo loves her Coke. What she also loves: Diet Coke. This six-pack contains no sugar and no calories to give you that caffeinated boost that’s healthier than most options. Plus, they’re coming in at $1 a can.

Takis are one of Lizzo’s beloved snacks — and she’s all about bringing the heat. These Hot Chili Pepper & Lime Tortilla Chips help bring some of your favorite flavors inside a less-than-$5 bag. If you like spicy, these are the way to go.

These cherries are just as sweet as Lizzo’s style. For $7 a pound, pick them up while they’re still in season. They’re great to have on hand for baking a cherry pie, too.

Meet Lizzo’s favorite ice cream: Ben & Jerry’s Non-Dairy Cherry Garcia Ice Cream. This frozen dessert rides the cherry wave that she’s been into lately. But this time, the grocery item has fudge flakes.

What we learned from Lizzo’s official grocery cart list is she likes to have lemons and limes on hand. This bag for $5 is something your fridge will thank you for, whether you want citrus-infused water or are looking to make your next pasta dish.

The news has finally lifted — Lizzo’s favorite candy is Skittles. This standing bag is just what the celeb needs to fulfill her candy craving. Not to mention, this packet is just 110 calories.

If you’re looking to add protein to your diet (aside from protein bars), the Impossible Burger is something Lizzo loves and is made from real plants. Impressively, it contains zero grams of cholesterol, 19 grams of protein and was made without animal hormones or antibiotics.

There’s nothing sweeter than picking up a vibrant, seasonal bouquet. For less than $20, treat yourself (at least Lizzo would say so). Even better, Instacart will ship them right to your door for a precious surprise — as is the case with all items in your cart.

If you love carbonated water, Lizzo wants you to try Perrier. This eight-can bundle is great if you’re craving something a little fizzy but much healthier than a soda (though we know Lizzo still loves her Coca-Cola). Not to mention, it’s less than $10.
